We NEVER, ever, share sensitive data unnecessarily with third parties. Unless it is described in our data processing agreement, with explanation and purpose.
We never sell your data
We will never, ever, sell your data. Your data is yours and stays yours.
Securely hosted in Frankfurt
We host CommuniQate's data within a well-secured AWS environment in Frankfurt (EU).
No unnecessary access
No one at CommuniQate has unnecessary access to your data, unless you have explicitly given permission, for example so we can help you further.

We are certified by Stichting AVG, shown by our AVG OK mark. We take privacy very seriously.

The way CommuniQate is developed is at a calm pace in which we always work secure-first.

WhatsApp Business Cloud is fully encrypted
CommuniQate builds on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud, which is fully encrypted and carries the following internationally recognised certifications.

CommuniQate supports modern authentication methods so you and your team always log in securely.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
With two-factor authentication you add an extra layer of security on top of your password. Even if someone knows your password, they still need access to your phone or authenticator app to log in.

Passkeys
Passkeys replace the password entirely. Instead of remembering a password, you log in with your face, fingerprint or your device's PIN. There is no longer a password that can be stolen, guessed or leaked.
The technology (WebAuthn / FIDO2) was developed by Apple, Google and Microsoft together and is already widely supported by browsers and operating systems. It is the successor to passwords and the new standard for secure logging in.
