The MAC and automation bundles run monthly until you cancel them. You pick a bundle that matches your expected usage and it renews automatically each month. Unused MACs or credits expire at the end of the month, but you can adjust or cancel your bundle at any time.

A monthly active contact is a contact you interact with within a monthly period. This can be inbound (the contact starts the conversation) or outbound (your organisation starts the conversation). If you communicate with the same contact multiple times within the same month, it counts as one MAC.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. On an upgrade the change takes effect immediately and you pay the difference pro rata. On a downgrade the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period.

No, there are no set-up costs or hidden fees. You only pay for your chosen plan, any add-ons and your actual usage of MACs and automation credits. Everything is transparent and clear up front.

Because a conversation about opening hours and a conversation in which he consults three systems do not cost the same. With a fixed amount per conversation you pay too much for one and subsidise the other, and with credits you do not know in advance what you are buying. We show what it really cost and add a 20 percent mark-up. If our purchase price changes, your price changes with it, in both directions, and we tell you beforehand.

That costs nothing extra. Checking in sits inside the usage of the conversation and no separate amount is added when a person takes over. Supervised mode, where he drafts and you send, also costs nothing extra and stays available. You receive a monthly invoice with your fixed plan costs, add-ons and variable usage (MACs and automation credits). With yearly payment you receive one invoice per year for the fixed costs with up to 10% discount, and monthly for the variable usage.
